We advised a leading Spanish company in digital printing of ceramic wall coverings, tableware, and textiles in the establishment of its subsidiary in Portugal. Over 16 years, the company has become a benchmark in the sector and serves renowned international clients.
We incorporated the company, selected the management team, designed the information and reporting system for the parent company, trained the administrative team, and took responsibility for accounting and tax management in Portugal.

Digital Printing of Ceramic and Textile Products

In 2012, we established the Portuguese subsidiary of a Spanish company, a global leader in clothing label manufacturing and product coding. The company was acquired in 2021 by a Canadian multinational and is now responsible for identifying over 350 million garments using both conventional and RFID labelling systems.
Our initial involvement included company incorporation, recruitment and training of the executive team, development of job manuals and Business Intelligence systems, financial management, and accounting and tax responsibilities.
In 2015, we were invited to lead the company under an outsourcing model, and later, the Value partner responsible for the project was appointed General Manager of the company—a position he still holds today.

Clothing Label Manufacturing

In 2014, a large Spanish publishing distributor decided to establish a subsidiary in Portugal. We took full responsibility for the company setup, recruitment and training of human resources, and implementation of accounting and tax systems. In 2021, the Value partner leading the project was appointed General Manager of the company—a role she continues to hold today

In 2020, we collaborated with a major distributor of photovoltaic energy capture and production equipment, supporting their expansion into Portugal, with Value taking full responsibility for managing the entire project.
